This weekend I participated in Ann’s Power of the Now course , it literally left me speechless at the time . Having had 3 days to integrate the experience and allow my body to adapt I can say it was amazing. It has reinforced my authenticity moment to moment. With every now moment being experienced individually and in its own context. I once again feel alive to the small joys I have been missing recently even if this meant gardening at 5am.
